We have all witnessed one of the crazy markets with unpredictable ups and downs within the last couple of years. Real estates prices have gone up in mere two years which normally happens over twenty years. No one would have predicted that. At Least we haven’t.

My wife and I met Girish right before the pandemic and have gone through many properties from no competition to crazy competitions in bidding wars. Although many opportunities we could have to put an offer on, none of them were in our likings or met our needs. If it were a different agent he might have been frustrated and might have forced us to make a decision towards buying. We were fortunate enough to have Girish as our realtor. He was so patient with buyers like us and continued to show the same dignity and professionalism throughout our hunting process. He listened to all of our decisions with respect. He also emphasizes that he would rather not buy a home than buy one that you may regret later. He cares more about customers' utmost satisfaction even though it takes so much longer to find and buy a house.

During our early days, Girish walked us through the home buying process in an easy methodical way that anyone could understand. He showed us the various market conditions and related reports with the real time data. The amount of effort and time he put into walking us through the process was unbelievable. We felt he understood the market even during the ups and downs of pandemic situations. Girish is knowledgeable not only in the real estate process but also in financial numbers related to mortgage and taxes. Girish was always available to provide us with the information that we needed from the house and its inspection details to financial numbers. Little or not, every detail of this information helped us to make decisions on whether to move forward. We always felt we were in very good hands. Girish has been our guiding coach all along.

His honesty and openness made us feel that he is trustworthy. Very soon, we became a single team together in achieving a goal of buying our first and dream home. When we found our dream home in our most desired neighborhood of choice, there were already few strong buyers touring the place. Obviously it was a competitive market. We thought the chances of getting it were very thin. Girish clearly knew our needs and this place was our strong choice. As Girish suggested, we toured the place a couple of times which may have had a higher impact with the seller. Little things like these are huge differentiators that only Girish like professionals may know of.

Girish understood the seller’s needs and also our limits. He has conveyed our story and negotiated with the seller's agent in a very professional way. Girish represented us on our behalf with utmost respect with the seller's agent when negotiating. Girish believes mutual respect brings long term connection regardless of winning the bid.

There’s a saying that luck plays a role. With Girish, we felt chances of being lucky are much higher. Girish helped craft the offer in such a way that it makes the seller confident enough to consider us. We also did counter it within our limits. Girish also gave us GREAT incentives, which helped us with the upper hand on the numbers. Even then, needless to say there were a couple of higher offers than ours. We didn’t hear anything back from the seller on that deciding day. We thought our bid had no chance and we moved on. The next day Girish gave us the good news that we got the house as somehow other bids didn’t work out with the seller. We felt that we won the lottery or something.

The process after winning the bid was a breeze. It's a cake walk for us with Girish. He pulled all necessary documents including inspection details and went through with us meticulously. He was able to connect with both seller and loan officer and made the transaction very smooth through the escrow process.

My kids didn’t know until we closed the escrow and let them know we bought the house. Poor kids didn’t believe it right then as we’ve been through many houses in the past without buying. They were super happy once they realized it was indeed true. Overall it was a tense process but Girish made us feel that it was a smooth one with his vast expertise in this area.

We are very thankful forever to Girish who made our dream home a reality and made that smooth buying process a very memorable one. More than an agent Girish became our long term friend and a mentor. For sure, Girish will be our first goto guy for any real estate needs in the future.

I am happy and glad that I got Girish as my realtor.
